When you receive a notification regarding an incoming request from an attorney who has selected Run the Call to provide coverage, you are first provided with a limited view of the case details that have been provided by our client.  

The information shown below is presented to all coverage attorneys before accepting any incoming requests :

  • Date & Time coverage is needed
  • Courthouse, Division Room Number
  • Case Name
  • Case Number

Upon receiving any incoming coverage requests that are you are considering accepting, it is critical to first review the information above to in order to perform a conflicts check.

Uploaded case files, special notes and/or details from the attorney requesting coverage,  and other potentially important documents are not accessible to coverage attorneys until it has  been determined:

1.) that no relevant conflicts exist
2.)They have affirmatively accepting the coverage request
