Payout Account - Set up inside the application
After being approved to cover court calls - a new section titled "Payout Accounts" is made available in your Profile when accessing the Coverage Attorney side of the application. Tap "Payout Account", and complete the screen prompts as displayed below.
Once your account information is successfully added - all of your payouts will be handled through the application in this way. This is also nice because we will supply you with needed tax-related information for all of your earnings, etc.
Any of the information entered on the screens shown above is securely stored with our Payment Processor, Stripe. We do not store any of your personal information or any of your banking/account information on our servers.
As of March 12, 2018, payouts will be distributed once per week. If you covered hearings the week of March 5, 2018, your payments will not be interrupted.
Run the Call calculates payments on a weekly cycle, which begins at 9:00 am on Monday and goes to 8:59 am the following Monday. This means that court calls covered on Monday after 9:00 am will appear in the following week's payment statement.
Please note some banks take additional time to process deposits. As a result, you may not see your deposit until Friday evening.
***Attention - there has been a very small number of users that have had issues regarding setting up their payout account - this is a known issue we are working on resolving as quickly as possible. If more than 1 week has passed and you do not receive a payment, please send a message to: [email protected] [email protected] with "Court Calls Covered - Payouts" in the subject line, list the case name & time and date you provided coverage, and we will get you paid right away.
